How much marinated meat  per person?

5 to 6 ounces per person

Are there any additives in your hamburger or patties?

No our ground  beef products are all produced in house and are 100% USDA inspected beef.

Do I have to buy large amounts, or can I get what I need?

You can get just the amount you need, and packaged the way you want on most items.

How long are steaks good in the freezer?

As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature, steaks/roasts can last from 12/18 months in the freezer

Are your meats hand cut?

Yes. Each and every one of our steaks is individually cut by hand, by one of our certified butchers.
